Worried about thawed delivery

Butternut Box - Worried about thawed delivery

Box arrived delivered by what looked like a private car at six oclock in the evening it was mostly thawed so was less than impressed , didnt seem very professional. I have been reassured that as long as the pouches are cold to the touch its ok to go back into the freezer . Hope this wont happen again ,

Hi I would like to cancel my order with butternut.

Can I get my 40 refunded to me aswell..I was in a supermarket today and i went yo pay for my grocaries and I had insufficient funds..because I was unaware that your company was taking money out.

As I say I would like it refunded back.

I'd like to cancel my subscription please because I am alternating with Lenny's dries food that I still have lots of, and also will be away when the next box is due.

Preferred solution: my subscription cancelled please

User's recommendation: I recommend this company dog food, my puppy loves it, but I also have to use up lots of his dried food on alternate days.

I ordered an introduction box. Two weeks later a huge order was sent to me and I was charged for it!!!

it contained almost all chicken dinners which my dog did not like. I complained and I was refunded. Now I have just found out they have done it again despite me insisting I do not want any more. It is two months later and shockingly, I have a different bank card number.

I have no idea how they have done this. I cannot get hold of them and did not order this food.

Beware, they will take your money without your consent if you are not careful. The food is okay but my dog wont eat most of it.

Failure of delivery

Delivery did not arrive, although they said it was on its way. I needed the food urgently. Now it is Sunday, and I can't get hold of anyone to speak to.

Very annoyed about my delivery

For the second time Ive come home to find my box sitting there in full view from the road. This is totally unacceptable.

Three steps would have taken the driver round the side of the house where he could leave it out of sight. This is the 2nd time Ive complained. If theres a third, Ill cancel my subs. Are these drivers so brainless they think this is ok?

Or just idle? Im really annoyed.

Actually speak to their customers.

I left butternut box months ago, partly because my dog had gone off the food. Tho she is a fussy eater.

And because their on line service is temperamental.

And it almost impossible to speak to someone.

I thought I would give them another chance. Wouldn't accept change of password, tried numerous times. Tried speaking to the bot, no good. In,desperation, my husband tried to go on as a new customer.

A trial box. Poor communication on line. Appeared to work. He received e mail from dpd.

Box would be sent today. I waited in all day.

No delivery. Then cryptic message to say, incorrect contact name

Should have had delivery 30/3 then they said 31/3 and still no delivery. I am not happy with this and therefore am looking at ending my subscription with you
